Visit the shortlisted properties and select the one that best meets your needs. If you're unable to visit in person, we can arrange virtual viewings.

Rental Application & Negotiation
Submit your rental application and negotiate lease terms and conditions with the landlord or property management company.

Lease Review & Signing
Review the lease agreement, submit the required documents, and complete the signing process.

Move-In
Once the contract is finalized, prepare for your move and take possession of the property on the agreed move-in date.
